Description

This chair is made entirely out of dried beech.

The curved backrest was carved from one, slightly bent piece of timber, emphasising the natural curve for strength and durability.

While many Welsh stick chairs were left un-bottomed, meaning the seat was left flat, this chair has had the fortune of a slightly bottomed (indented) seat, significantly increasing comfort.
